Welcome to Imaginate
ImagiNate features Nate, a young frog who can’t seem to turn off his playful and overactive imagination. Nate takes mundane situations and turns them into wildly fun journeys with the aid of his surroundings, his little sister, and their creative minds. Since his reality helps spark his wondrous vision, every day can become an adventure for Nate! But when his impulsive sibling, Newt, gets involved - the narrative doesn’t always go as Nate planned.
Innovative 3-Act Story Engine
Reflecting a traditional three act structure, all episodes incorporate a circumstance that triggers Nate’s imagination, the imaginary event Nate then creates, and then a twist from Newt that leads to resolve the episode.

Show Creators
What happens when two kids refuse to grow up? They reluctantly become adults, find each other, get married, then chase their dreams and make a children’s cartoon. Rae Georgia and Andrew Tolan were childhood friends who fell in love in college and later decided to follow their passion of working in television.
Andrew Tolan
Andrew explored his writing interests as he wrote a YA novel as well as a children’s picture book titled “Finley the Fuzz”. While he currently works his day job at a TV media agency, his passion for creating stories has never subsided as he continues to develop stories and characters for other projects in his pipeline.
Rae Georgia
Rae worked at Nickelodeon where she saw first hand how the business side of children’s television operated. Though Nickelodeon solidified Rae’s love and passion for children's television, she decided to chase her other dream of opening a boutique bridal shop which she currently owns and operates.
Our Characters
Through exploration and collaboration, Pixel, Bitsie, Dot and Dave, along with their smart speaker Eric, learn about communication, friendship, sharing, empathy and emotional resilience.
Newt
Nate’s unpredictable baby sister looks up to her big brother and tags along on all of his journeys. Newt's imagination is even more eloborate than Nate's and she might want to be a princess one day and an alien the next. She's bolder and more fearless than Nate but she can sometimes be a handful!
Nate
Although Newt has an overactive imagination, his patience and positivity allow him to be a great big brother to Newt (even when she might have ideas of her oiwn!). Nate is curious about the world he is growing up in, and when he hears a word or concept that is new to him, his imagination takes hold.
Old Mr. Wartson
Nate’s grumpy old neighbor doesn’t talk much, but his grumbling demeanor says it all. In reality, Mr Wartson is entirely harmless, but in Nate & Newt's imaginative adventures he's an evil old pirate keeping them from finding buried treasure or a big scary octopus that’s following behind their submarine.
Episodes
Below are a sample of our 52 script outlines. We have three full scripts and a pilot (available on request) and we plan to create two series of 26 x 7 minute episodes.
We Come In Peace
Nate and Newt go on a bike ride but soon pretend they're on a airplane. But imagine if, it was a spaceship! Suddenly, they're attacked by aliens (pigeons) and they can't shake them, even at warp speed. Turns out there was a hole in the cracker bag, leaving a trail for the 'aliens' to follow all along.
Under the Sea
Nate and Newt turn a rainy car ride into a deep-sea exploration, observing a host of 'sea creatures' through the 'port-holes' (car windows) in their sub along the way. Suddenly, a huge, scary octopus appears (Mr. Wartson's car) and Nate and Newt must do everything they can to try and escape its grasp!
Snow Puff Peak
Nate is asked by his mom to shovel a pathway to the mailbox for her. Nate imagines he's an Ice Climber but a mysterious Ice Giant (Newt) appears and makes his journey impossible. Nate must climb Snow Puff Peak and become the first person to reach the top while avoiding the Ice Giant's snow boulders.
Rock On
Nate learns what a 'concert' is and transforms the family kitchen into a stage. He begins to play folk banjo music using a broom, until Newt interrupts with a face melting drum solo. They eventually combine both instruments to light up the stage and perform their music in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
Trick or Treat
It's Halloween and the weather outside is miserable. Nate and Newt decide to build a den, before Nate imagines it's a haunted house. Newt pretends to be a spooky spook and does such a convincing job that Nate gets scared. Newt suggests they transform it into a house made of sweets to cheer him up.
Sweep to Victory
Nate and Newt discover snails while sweeping leaves. Nate imaginines a high octane Snail Race but then Newt makes a suggestion and suddenly the snail’s vehicles turn into flying spaceships! After the exciting race, the world returns to normal and they finish sweeping the leaves into a neat pile.
